Urban Exploration - Anyone know what this Building is on Spencer Dock?

    Anybody know what this building is? all i know is 400 workers were told to go home one day so now the site work is halted!

    im not sure i didnt catch primetime, all i know is that 400+ workers were told to go home about 3 months ago or so, security still checks up on the place but there is no equipment present there.

    bit of a coincidence, was actually looking out the window with another girl today and we were wondering the same thing about that building. we could see some people in hi vis jackets on the ground but there hasnt been any work done on the actual building in a while!
