Compaq or Acer Laptop

Was looking at both of these laptops on pixmania and was wondering if anyone had any comments on them

Compaq Presario CQ60-114 (€469 inc del.)

Id go for the compaq becuase it seems to have a better graphics card. Apart from that they are both quite similar..

yea they looked pretty much the same to me but i havnt a clue about the graphics card and things like that, thanks

Hi,considering buying the compaq myself,just wondering does anyone have anymore feedback on them?
Theres one I saw in pc world for €800,has blu ray and can connect to tv,has 3gb and 250gb hard drive,is it worth the extra few hundred,for spomeone who is just going to use it for internet,photos,downloading music and videos?

Do you want to watch blurays on iT? Or would you be just as happy watching dvds?

to be honest Id be just as happy watching dvds!My laptop at the minute can play dvds but doesnt becasue its a piece of ....!!so it will be a novelty to me anyway.lol
If it was worth the extra money Id get it,but do you think its only that price because of blu ray?If thats the case Ill go for the cheaper one!

Does anyone have any good or bad review for the compaq one though?
