Training runs in Dublin and Wicklow?

    If anyone here runs in south Dublin or Wicklow do you know of any resource that has runs of differing length online?
    As my fitness grows I'll need to lengthen my ruins and was wondering if people already have some nice routes saved online that I could run ?
    Interested in anything from 5-15k at the moment.
