Spanish regulator cuts unbundled loop access price by 20%

The Spanish telecommunications regulator CMT has cut the wholesale price of unbundled local loop access by 19.9 percent, from EUR 9.72 to EUR 7.79. This is the method most used by alternative operators to provide broadband services using the incumbent operator Telefonica's copper network.
