    Get your local TD to ask a parliamentary question as follows.
    "When will broadband be brought to xxxxxxx Co. xxxxxxx"

    If the answer includes the sentence;
    "I understand that xxxxxxx Co. xxxxxxx already has broadband on offer from a number of providers."

    You are out.

    Even if said Number of Providers or Provider declines or can't offer you a service. Simply the claim that a provider has a service there excludes you.
