Right, we're doing stupid secret santa in work and the guy I got(who I don't know at all) is an avid cyclist. So I figure, getting him something cycling related may be a good idea...only the budget is a MASSIVE ten euros. I wouldn't mind going over that say to 20 quid...anything cool and hip and cycling related you lot reckon I could get?

How great a secret santa am I btw? Caring enough to go and ask for help.

Well, it would depend on the type of cycling he does, but for 20 euro you could get him something pretty generic:

A Knog Frog or two. Cycleways have 'em, and they're great little lights for the price, and any cyclist would put them to great use

I bought a Gecko as I didn't like the look of a regular commuter light on the road bike, they are indeed very cool lights and a nice present.

This is a multi tool - a very important component of any cyclists kit - even if he has one already a second is great to have - I keep one in my bag for cycles and one in the shed for practicality.

Seriously, this is a good idea + chain reaction deliver in a couple of days.
