Who do you think has been the best moment on the forum over the year of 2008?

Criteria for choosing are up to you (funniest, biggest facepalm moment, that kinda thing) but please explain your choice a bit. This is just for nominations, after people have been nominated I'll throw together a poll with all of the nominees so we can have a vote and crown ourselves a winner.

New Moderator week! When a good 33% of regular users were banned within 48 hours of the new regime. It was a message that did have to come across to stamp out all muppetry, but the amount of bans made my jaw drop.

I'd second that, speaking as one of those who banned (And learned his lesson of course). And for what it's worth, i've found the forum a better place to be since.

although i thought the draft was great and would like to take part in a 2nd one if it happens at some point (damn how did I draft both Cena and Hogan and not book a 1on1 for Mania), Im still going to back New Mods week on this as it was when this placed turned back into a place id post in again.

It was a fantasy WWE draft which RebelRockChick won. Minto tried to spread a malicious rumour that it was me behind the whole thing too, when in actually i only advised RRC. I took zero credit nor will I. But it was funny.

RRC is definitely a female, we've gotten drunk together more than once.
She's not the only female poster either, although she's definitely one of the longest standing female posters here.

That reminds me of a moment I still find funny - orestes picking Lance Storm and then proceeding to beat himself up over it repeatedly. It wasn't that bad a pick!

Most definitely, good times!! . Another reason right there as to why it would make a good spot for a BPW meet up, the double measurements for single prices :pac:

I've had 3, but the first one was four years ago, most people here now wouldn't have seen that, and that was a different account, the first one i kinda stopped using after i left the forum in somewhat a hissyfit.

Was really a different story this time around.

Their first show did actually air. The problem was that they said that it was on at 2pm when it was actually a two hour sports show that started at that time but didn't show IWW until the second hour

No, i admitted that me predicting that Jericho WASN'T going to come back last year was pretty dumb.

The SAVEUS_VR thing was Minto's brainchild and was without question, the one of the dumbest moments in BPW after every one of kentonbombs posts. Of course, they both have one thing in common. They've both left.
