Any ideas on the best place to get these?

    Web or bricks'n'mortar

Don't know of a specific place to get them but all the german "health" shops have them. Google Snaitaetshaus and you should find one's with websites

This is just the first one I came accross

you could email the makers and ask?
    service@cep-sports.com

Failing that, I would go for the tighter size, that stands a chance of being right, whereas the bigger size are just a pair of very expensive ponce socks if they are too loose.
