    Hey,

Didn't know where else to post this, but does anybody know where you can get training, or a course to become a locksmith?
Preferably in the louth area? Any advice would be great.

    cheers.

Hi Sean, a lock smith is apprenticeship based,so you would need to find a qualified locksmith who would take you as an apprentice and then you go through the various phases of the apprenticeship, usually 4 years,on the job training the off the job training in a college.

check out how long the person offering training has been trading , lots of failed locksmith are now offering training from garden sheds. you wont learn much from someone who only completed a course themselves last year.
