Hi, my wife uses a portable HD (western digital) as she works from two locations. The setup I have for her is that her Outlook and working files are on the portable HD and when she plugs it into either of the PCs at the above locations she has access to all her email etc.

Now the portable is probably robust but there's always a chance it'll be dropped or lost at some point.

She's disciplined enough to do regular backups to the local hard drive on one of the PCs but what I want is a system whereby a particular folder is copied across to the hard drive whenever she connects (or at a defined interval).

Is this easy to do ?
