Telescope attachment for digital camera?

Hi Guys, the OH bought me a telescope for my birthday:D What a lovely woman, she doesn't realise how many nights she will be on here own yet. Anyway I want to get an attachment to allow me to use the digital camera to take photos, I was in Blanch at the weekend and had no luck. Any ideas where I can get one in Dublin and what is it likely to cost me, don't have a credit card so I will need to buy from a shop. Thanks in advance for replys!

Do you have an SLR (camera with removable lens such as Canon EOS...) or an ordinary compact digital camera?

if its just a standard digital camera use one of these, thay work great for eyepiece projection.... any shots iv'e put up here have been done this way....

It's an ordinary digital camera, I can't buy online so need the name of a reasonable shop in Dublin. thanks for the replies.
