I recently swapped my domain name over to the people who are hosting one of my websites.

Since then, some of the emails being sent to me are not getting delivered. Maybe 1/4 are not getting through - the error the sender is getting is as follows:

They are saying its a problem at my end, and getting me to cahnge outlook express settings etc. Looks to me like its a problem way before outlook express gets involved.

Can anyone advice what this might be and how to fix it?
    Thanks

This kind of thing happened to me with one of my workplaces. Turned out that for some reason their server had blacklisted my address.

The tech support staff kept whitelisting it again, and it kept reverting. In the end I just started using a webmail address instead.

Could I suggest that you find a similar workaround?

Oh, and a couple of years ago I had a .mac account, and mail sent to my .mac address was randomly not turning up - I lost some work that could have been lucrative that way. Apple were kind of ho-hum about it, and asked me to tell them when I hadn't received an email - showing their belief in the power of telepathy.
