Do Sat Nav traffic updates work in Ireland? ie can you see the M50 backed up in morn?

    Not in Ireland, as far as I know - the traffic updates rely on the road system having satellite-connected.... thingies, which the roads here don't have.

    However, it will help you in another way - if you drive away from a traffic-filled road, it'll show you another route.

    surely for the m50 it needs a permanent this road is congested message ?
