'Firmware problem' on my creative

    hey
    i've been travelling for about five months and a couple of months ago i turned on my creative zen sleek only to see this message, firmware problem.
    now i have tried resetting it and cleaning through the menu but neither have worked. basically i don't want to format it and lose all the music. i since bought a 2gb player which i'm using for now but i miss the music on my creative!
    is anyone familiar with this problem? i don't think that i could bring it into a shop to be repaired. would it have to go back to the manufacturer?
    if anyone has any ideas, it'd be great. very frustrating not being able to access my music.

    Have exatly the same problem with mine, Ive herd alot of negetive things about the Zen's so i think im just gonna cut my losses and get an i-pod
