I'd have said any decent off licence should have it to be honest .. maybe try some different ones. You might also try an Aldi .. I got some in Lidl once a couple of years back, but they stopped stocking it in favour of cheap vodka.

The Celtic Whiskey Shop on Dawson St. have it, it's not listed on their website though.
