Wonder what he was watching on the tv?
TRENTON — A 72-year-old man admitted fatally stabbing a female friend 28 times in her East Windsor home after she took away the TV remote.

Donald Zampini pleaded guilty to aggravated manslaughter after a jury was picked for his murder trial Tuesday.

Zampini told the judge he couldn't remember stabbing Barbara Morris 28 times,
but he knew that he had attacked his 63-year-old friend.

Zampini, who will turn 73 this month, is from Queens, N.Y. He faces at least 15 years in prison when he's sentenced in January.

I was about to grab the remote and switch to SATC. After reading that... Ah maybe football isn't so bad.

    Cheers for the heads-up.

She must have tried to switch over to the X-Factor or something like that.

....the bloody corpse of the woman fell into the lush carpet, as Zampini sighed and sat down into his airchair and pointed the remote at the screen...

    Nothing happened...

It was then that he realised he should have asked her where the batteries were before he killed her...

I heard she was going to switch to Colm and Jim-Jim's Home Run.

    Self-defence really.

Man, you'd think if he had the energy to go get a knife and then stab her that many times that he'd have had the energy to get up and change the channel by hand.

Do men actually watch specific things on TV? I thought they just switchswitchswitched without thought.

He wasn't angry because she wanted to watch what she wanted to watch. He was angry because she took his pénis symbol.

**** is an English language vulgarism referring to the vulva or vagina and, more generally, the pubis from the mons veneris to the perineum. The earliest citation of this usage, circa 1230, is in the Oxford English Dictionary, referring to the London street known as "Gropecunt Lane".

    That settles that then.

I've still got scars from when I took the remote from my sister. Maybe somebody took denis'?

Actually I think I saw something that looked just like that on your mother a while back. I think she said that I had to penetrate it or something but I couldn't hear it because you kept snoring next door.

    :pac:

She obviously was pushing his buttons , but still, l can't
understand how he could say he could not remember
stabbing her , but yet he knew he had attacked her.
Talk about sticking the knife in.

Which just goes to prove getting your wires crossed doesn't exactly help a relationship.

Weird i woulda thought walking to the kitchen to get the knife would have been far more effort than manually changing the channel!

As for the murder v manslaughter - if he's 72 i dont think there's a whole lot of difference between 15 years and life, he's losing the best years of his life either way :pac:
