Betfair On Mobile

Does anyone know if betfair on your mobile uses the same username and password as on your pc ?? Just dowloaded onto my mobile but cant log-in. DO I need to contact them and get a seperate mobile log-in ?? Thanks

It uses the same username and password as your betfair account.

I had the same problem when I got it first. Turns out your password has to be more than 8 characters.

Change your password on the website to something long and try again.
