    earlier this year i did a half marathon. 1hr 43min, not great but i just wanted to complete it. i need some advice, id like to go from running o miles to as many as possible in 3weeks, im not looking for miracles just working with four runs a week what do you think would be possible.

    How long have you been doing 0 miles? The general advice would probably be that doing too much too soon would be asking for trouble. But doing a half in 8 minute mile pace this year means you must be in reasonable shape. Depending on how long you've had off and what you were doing before the half, I'd just get out there for an easy run every second day, starting with about 30-40mins and gradually build up. See how you feel before progressing further. And no matter how good you feel don't progress too much week by week - you might pay for it a few weeks down the line.

    bout 2months now away from any cardio at all, i dont wnat to run a half marathon anytime soon, it was just a bit of background of how fit i was to where i am now and getting stated again.

    Going from being fit two year ago to doing 1,5 miler in 16 mins with 4 stops 2 months ago and now doing

    10k in about 50 ish. I know not great but I'm getting there all I can say is run run run and don't stop.
