Me and my partner both own a restaurant and both of us have tooken out a personal loan on both on our names and likewise with all our creditors, lately the business has slumped due to the recession and we are now facing huge financial problems and I have discussed this with my partner (Who is single) and I got the feeling that he is going to flee the country and leave me and my spouse and 3 young children to leave me in full liabilty of all the loans and creditors.
What i want to know is how I can protect myself and my family if he flees the country or better yet is there any way I can prevent him from leaving the country before he resolves these debts.
