    Hi,
I accidentally filled the coolant a bit over the maximum mark. Will this be a problem?

    Thanks

It shouldn't be a problem. Some cars have a pressure release device in the cooling system and the extra coolant just leaks out. But it will depend on whether this exists on your car.

The easiest thing is to just suck it back out. Have you one of those pipes with a bulb on the end for basting turkies/joints? Just be careful not to get any on the paintwork.

Thanks, the manual does say not to overfill the coolant otherwise it will go through the pressure release system, so as long as thats ok then it should be fine. I just wasnt sure whether it being released would be a problem, but it sounds like it should be fine so.
