I recently bought a Pnansonic Plasma and I was wondering if there is a way to program my UPC Remote to work on it. Like volume, mute etc.

You should be able to find your answer here:

    http://www.upc.ie/pdf/DVRManual.pdf

You'll need to skip to page 35 or 36 to find the codes then go back to page 8 to find out how to enter the codes. It's a slight pain but if you follow the instructions, it can be done.

When I had my digital box installed, the lazy NTL/UPC person didn't programme my remote. Someone here posted a link to that manual and I was able to get it programmed. There's about 5 to 10 codes for each type of TV and you have to try each one until one works (if I remember correctly).
