Right lads, i got a motor installed on my 88cm dish. I have a technomate 1500
It was working fine for the first week. Picked up all the major sats no problem.
I have a sub with Digitalb, but wanted to have a look around.
Anyhoo, i went searching for 1 w and managed to find it after a bit of tweaking. Now my problem is , i am stuck on 1 w. The motor dosent seem to locking into the other sats.

I can manually move the dish through the menu no problem. I tried the motor realignment on my strongest signal then turned off the box at the wall.
Still nothing. I also did a factory reset. Nothing doing.

Has anyone got any ideas how to help me:confused:
    Regards Fish

:confused:Ok lads, i had a good mess around with my box and motor settings.
My question is, how do i save the channels on each different satellite. Every time i move between them i have to rescan

Have the motor set to using USALS in the motor section. Make sure you have your correct Longitute & Latitude settings in. Also is your dish properly setup, Like when set at due south its at due south? In my case 8west or if your near dublin 5west? if your scanning it should automatically save.

Perhaps some of the stickys may help you out?

have a look at the motor does it have a reset button.

i have installed several motors that have had this problem.

quick reset they were ok (not acepting instruction from box) was the problem.

    thats all i can offer.

Had the same problem over Christmas too, after re-setting the motor i'm back up & running with all the Atlantic Sats, 9e, 10e, 13e & 16e.

Not picking up 19 & 28e but I honestly couldn't care less, Once i have 1w i'm more than happy lol - Thanks for the tip on the reset button on the motor btw!:D
