    It shows 2006 so if it's out of date, don't blame me. It's straight off the HSE website

    On the HSE website you can test if you will qualify. But you wont really find out for sure until you apply to a Community Welfare Officer.

    for sure you can have max 5000 eu savings , no work and no partner - even coohabiting partner who might support you
