    Hi,

I ordered an Octo LNB over 4 weeks ago from ebay and it never arrived and i wanted it sorted for Xmas.

Does anyone wnow where i can purchase a reasonably priced one?

However i am still a Sky customer can they come out and fix or upgrade it for free? I noticed my existing quad LNB is very loose and falling out of th eslot on the dish every time i push it in. also because its so loose the signal is very weak only 50%.

See the satellite shop section . A few of us retailers stock them at a reasonable price.;)
