Anyone know whats up with these guys this year? One trip never materialized, no explanation. The other they took deposits for, again canceled, and again no explanation. Am i just missing the emails or is the society falling apart?

    Hi there
Its the DIT Societies Office here. We dont have a surf society it is a DIT Club as it is a sport. I have contacted the DIT Sports office and they said deposits were given back except 2 remain to be collected.
The deposits can be collected in the DIT Sports Office in Aungier. You can contact Herbie there.
It would be better to contact the DIT Societies Office or DIT Sports office when there are issues like this.
    Thanking you

Perhaps they're just not playing the right kind of surf music.

Also I'm sure the society would be far more successful if you guys all dressed in ripcurl swim shorts, quicksilver flip-flops and oversized womens sunglasses. Of course you'll need to hit the tanning beds at least two or three times a week, if you're going to be going around with your tops off in sub zero temperatures, which is a must by the way.

A winter wetsuit teamed with my awesome oversized womens sunglasses and secret tanning regime had always been my secret to surfing in ireland:rolleyes:
