Hey folks,

I'm hanging up my Mod Hat. I have too much going on IRL so something had to give. As you may have noticed the number of Forums I mod has been dropping as i find suitable people to take over and SDMA is next.

It's been a pleasure to Mod this forum to be honest, i know things were a bit rocky at the start but it's pretty clear that as a group of posters you guys have the same idea as i did about what would make the SDMA forum a better place and that boiled to be just finding the line between intelligent questioning and the correct amount of respect being shown.

I think the SDMA forum as it is now is a great place to post and I have taken the required steps to ensure it will stay that way.

As such, please welcome Jon as your new Moderator. I'll be around for a little while longer while Jon finds his feet but i think you will all agree that he is a great choice to take over.

So fair play to Jon for stepping up and adding even more to the community that he already does.

It was nice to get the nod to be a mod. Thanks to those that put me forward. I really enjoy Boards.ie and have found it very useful in many way in the past few years.
I thouroughly enjoy this forum, it has open my eyes a great deal coming from a 'TMA'. Our training has changed greatly since I've started to look around at different 'alive' systems.
This forum has a lot to offer everybody from the MA community, hopefully the strong debate, learning and arguing will continue!
