    Anyone out there answer this question Got a new mattress on Friday and since then my back is paining the hell out of me,is it a case of getting used to the mattress or am I going to have to put up with it!!(it was not a cheap one 600euro)
    I was having back pain up to two months ago andtook up swimming and loosing weight and its been much better on till now.
    What do you think.

    Even if it was expensive it might be too hard or too soft for your back. Or it could be unsupportive pillows. It could be anything.

    I get lower back pain if I sleep on a mattress that is overly soft.
