Hi I recently moved to Newbridge, Kildare and am looking to join a snooker/pool club. Used to play quite regularly a few years ago whilst in colllege in tallaght and want to get back into it or maybe get on a league team with a bit of practice etc.

If anybody knows of any clubs around that area can they let me know, cheers

Theres a snooker club on Eyre Street in newbridge, it has 8 Snooker Tables, 5 of which are Championship standard, there is also 3 Pool Tables, also championship standard, and one american pool table.
Rates are cheap enough, about €5 per hour (table dependant), but it could rise.

Its down the bottom of Eyre Street, across the road from the Winning Post, small bungalow looking building, if you go down either monday or thursday, you would be in with a chance of someone to pay membership to, its a private club, €30 a year, and you get your own key to come and go when you please.

Im a member down there at the min, feel free to PM if you want to know anymore
