Is it possible to install flash player on a touch? It would be handy as alot of webcontent is flash based.
I have a strong feeling it can be as youtube is flash based, and that works.
Obviously i'll have to have a jailbroken touch.
Flash aside, what else can be unlocked/installed via jailbreaking

Not available yet, Apple won't allow it even though Adobe has already got a plugin that will work. It's coming soon though - http://blogs.pcworld.com/staffblog/archives/007842.html

YouTube encoded all of its content in H.264 so the iPhone can play it, all files were converted not too long after the original iPhone realease.

Although not 100% of the videos are encoded. For example, Universal Music Group have little to none videos encoded, and the same goes for Warner Bros Records. I think Apple don't want you listening to music over Youtube.
