    Hello Sir/Madam,

    I came across your job posting for bartender today on Craigslist, and am interested in applying.

    I have collectively 9 months of bar experience, both volunteer and hire, from when I lived in Ireland. I am a US citizen, and have only recently moved back stateside very recently. Most of my bar duties involved pulling tap and simple mixers; changing kegs; setting up registers and restocking; and heavy lifting.

    Enclosed please find a file photo. I consider myself well spoken and well mannered, with a healthy sense of humour. I find the method to bartending very relaxing, and if I can learn something new: all the better.
