I recently bought a second hand house that is only 3 years old, the house was never lived in by the first owner. From the beginning I have had problems with the heating. A plumber I got to look at the heating system said it is a total disaster and is not plummed correctly. He told me to contact my solicator. But he told me I have no rights as it is a second hand house, do i have any comeback ??????
