I don't believe such a thing exists. The only way to contact eBay is through their (useless) contact us pages. If you manage to get a reply at all, it'll more than likely be some random semi-automated, copy/paste, rubbish that has nothing to do with what you asked.

If it's a finance issue, contact your bank or credit card provider, for anything else, you can pretty much just say good luck to it.

http://pages.ebay.ie/help/contact_us/_base/index_selection.html is the only way I know to contact them.

Used to work for ebay. You can contact them through a couple of channels.

The first one is through the contact us page (which you've done). Response time is 48 hours, although they do have a backlog at times and it can take longer.

If you think your account has been hijacked then there is a livechat facility. It's quite hard to find it - if my memory serves me right it's through the help pages if you look for information on account takeover. However if that's not the issue, dont waste your time contacting them that way, they won't help you.

One other way you can contact them is via their business unit (they have one in london and one in Dublin for the Irish site). Just find the number in the golden pages and you'll be passed on to someone. If you have followed the correct procedures (ie used the contact us page) but haven't either received an answer or the answer is completely wrong, they will be able to escalate to the supervisor of the team concerned.

The last way to get an answer is to go there. They are based in Blanchardstown, beside the shopping center (behind heatons). You won't necessarily see someone but it might bring some attention to your case.

    Best of luck!

Nope. I have quite a few gibberish replies from eBay, which bore little or no relevance to what I actually asked.

I believe that they deliberately make it difficult to contact them, so that you'll just go away.

Thats it in a nutshell. I used to be a big seller on ebay but gave it up due to their increasing fees , lack of customer care and nonsense rules designed purely to generate more revenue for them.
