I thought I read it was due sometime in November? Or at least sometime before the end of 2008, or has it been delayed again?

Early next year seems to be the most common. I heard on avforums it will also be rolled out to all PVR3 SKY+ boxes.

Sky+ PVR3 series is the one that has 80GB HDD space reserved by default (160GB HDD).

AFAIK, PVR3 is a general term for 3rd generation Sky+ PVR.

No. Go to AVforums and then sky thread and it is usually on the first or second page as it is usually commented on. Hope you have patience as the thread is about 40 pages in length. My guess is to start about halfway and work through it.

I thought the new EPG is supposedly in HD, allowing for smaller text, etc. so wasnt' expecting it on Sky+, unless there's a watered down version for Sky+, or EPG isnt' HD at all.

I will be most happy if it does appear on Sky+, as long as it's stable and happy working on a box with different HDD!

When you go to TV Guide, is there an option for Anytime (red button) at the bottom? AFAIK, this is only available on "PVR3" boxes.

Another give away would be the 80GB personal storage. Or check the model number at the back of the box.

PVR3 is just the 3rd Generation of Sky PVR Boxes.

So ASFAIK, PVR3 is the one, be it Sky Plus or Sky+ HD, that can access "Anytime TV" via the red button in the planner.

    Some info on this site.
