I'm looking for someone in the Wexford Town area that can do a Sky+ installation and the dish is on the roof! Organised it all through Sky+ but the guy that turned up said he wouldn't do it due to it being on the roof. If anyone knows anyone that would be good to ring please? Thanks

Did you tell Sky when you ordered it that you wanted it on the roof? ( I presume you mean the chimney ), If you did then they should have noted it on your documentation. It happened to me and I rang Sky and complained. They organised another contractor to come and fit it. It lasted about a month and the gales took it so I had to have another one installed on the wall, at my own expense:o.

Well we have normal Sky with them at the moment (dish is attached to the chimney) but i'm not sure who originally installed it as it was years ago. Didn't mention about it being on the roof as I didn't think it'd be a problem.

Wasn't around when the engineer was at the house but Sky rang the local installation branch or whatever and apparently none of them would do it.

Got a contact off someone in work just now and he said he'll do it in the next few days so it's grand!

Sky have refunded the money anyway
