    Hi all,

My mother is looking for this DVD for my sister for Christmas; http://www.play.com/DVD/DVD/4-/93124/The-10th-Kingdom/Product.html

Was about to buy it when I noticed that it is labeled as Region 2 NTSC...correct me if I'm wrong but aren't all Region 2 PAL?? There's a lot of US versions of DVD bouncing about so I'd hate to get a copy that wouldn't play. I know Region 2 is Europe but I didn't think NTSC was used here, nor that you could get Region 2 NTSC (I've certainly never seen it before). Is this a typo, should it be Region 2 PAL?? Or does it make a difference and should I just go ahead and order??

    thanks in advance :D

unless your tv is really old, it will play the NTSC format properly, if your tv is quite old the picture will be displayed in black and white

the dvd is region 2 so it will still play in your dvd player.

    order away!
