I added some borders on the edge of my photographs (using stroke in P.S.) but when I got back my prints 12X8, 5X7 some of the border was missing is there any way that I can send off my prints and retain the border.
    Any help would be appreciated

if the size of your photos are 12x8 or 5x7, when you add the border, there should be an option of where to put the line (inside, middle, or outside) could try inside.

If you have them setup as layers, then right click on the layer in the layers list, and click on blending options. you have an outline option in there too iirc

I put the border on the inside and still lost some of it, printed by Bonusprints!!

    Thanks

If you stroke a border then its outside of the standard camera crop and you will lose it. The only way to make sure that you keep everything in the photo is set the crop in PS to the size you want or make a border within the size you are printing.

    Thanks for the replies

Borderfox, I'm not really sure what you mean by setting the crop to the size, also will it have to be put on another canvas (Layers)

NB I will be sending my photos to a lab for printing, not printing from P.S.

    Thanks
