Im trying to get the 4 free test channels from Three Rock on my USB stick using DVBViever and CoreAVC but when I do a scan I get no channels.

I'm probably doing something really stupid, but are there any special settings I should be using to get it to find them?

The way it worked for me is as follows:
    Reception type: terrestric
Group: A (not sure what this is for)
    Transponder List: Terrestrial (EUR)
    Scan Range.

But do make sure your antenna is properly located. I use the small antenna that came with the stick and would suggest to place it outside for the scan, unless you are using a signal booster like me.

    Cheers gzoladz, :)

The problem there was my ariel, i've moved it and i can now find RTE1, RTE2, TV3, TG4 & also the radio channels.

After a little more jiggery & pokery with the codecs I'm getting a perfect picture and audio on RTE1, but nothing on the others.

More messing about with it required methinks.

Hey, what area yea in? Can you dump your channel list as I'm getting nothing on a scan and want to have a known channel list so I can move the antenna and get a signal.

Sorted it myself, I've dumped my list of channels to make it easier for others tune their antenna setup. Rename the txt file to ini and import the channels in the channel editor in dvbviewer
