Samsung Noire only in Ireland!?!?

    Hey all
    Sis is looking for a Samsung Noire but not off of Meteor as she is with O2.

    Usually I would just go on to Ebay and get it cheap from Asia but it doesn't appear to be available anywhere else except here in Ireland?

    Any one know if it can be unlocked easily?
