Ref-Link Scanner?

I'm looking for a scanner that will allow me to tune into the ref links and team radios used at rugby matches. I know you can tune your standard FM radio to ref links at international and such like matches. I'm looking for something that can pick up the ref/tjs/team medics/managers etc at bog standard games. Any advice?
