    Hi,

Unfortunately I missed my jobseekers payment this week due to a leg injury that prevented me from travelling to the post office to collect it. Normally I get the payment on Tuesday and I can collect it Tuesday-Thursday but missed it this week. Can I get it again or is it lost now?

    Thanks you.

You can get it back. You need to talk to your local SWLO and explain why you were unable to collect payment. If you use the excuse of a leg injury though they could easily say that if you couldn't make it to the Post Office then you were not fit for work, which is a condition on your payment.

You will get it back - but you will have to wait for the payment to expire from the post office, and returned to Social Welfare. This normally takes about 3 week.
Just call your Social Welfare office and let them know that you missed collecting your payment - if it's a one off there will be no problem at all.
