Im writing here to get some peoples options and direction. For the past few years I have been falling ill with all sorts of different things. Vertigo, motion problems, food intolerance, fatigue and so on. This stuff appears usually when Im working hard and under stress. Of late Ive had problems with my liver that have now cleared up but my family think I should got and look into this problem deeper. They suggested I should perhaps talk to someone. They feel my mental health maybe cause the illness. I cant say Im depressed but I do get anxiety and have become very inward over the past year. I have no problem speaking with someone but I dont know what type of doctor to see and if there is any connection here at all. Does anyone have any suggestions?

The first port of call is your GP. He/she will be able to recommend both public and private services - psychology, psychiatry, counselling, CBT - whatever is most appropriate for you.
