It is slow right now getting 20% of my normal speed

But last night around 12.30am it was unavailable completely, lost my connection and couldn't get it back, gave up after half an hour

This seems to be happening to me on a regular basis. Most nights at about midnight, the ping goes to 999 and the connection is very very slow. I'm in west Dublin.
