The Q6a forms are handed out at the end of a module. So probably your gonna get them in about 2 weeks time.

At the end of each module you should receive a form called a Q6a as some on kindly pointed out! Within these forms there are plenty of questions asked about the lecturing standards to the standards of the rooms you are taught in! Although these forms are not the best method of assessing a module you will be glad to know that we are working on how they are presented and also how to make them more student friendly!! :)

You should be getting them over the next two weeks, if you do not get one ask your lecturer for one!! They are vital for grading your modules and course overall!! :D

Do these things make any impact whatsoever? I remember a lecturer who not only got a terrible rating from everybody, but we all signed a petition to have him removed... and yet he was still around the following year, doing his thing as only he could.

This year lectureres have to have Student feedback in order to support the suggestions that are made a faculty board. There has been a number of issues arising from this, and we taught one way of monitoring it would be to use the Q6a forms that the students have filled in.

If you have a problem with your lecturer will you please come and let us know so we can help with any issue that may arise!! After all thats what we are here for!! :)

As another poster said - at the end of the module. I don't think that they read them though as the standard stays just as poor.
