Anyone used or know what the Warrior RICAS Compact Base or the Warrior TMV Base are like? If so what are your thoughts on them? Which would you recommend?
    Cheers

Just a word of advice ring or email them to make sure any items you want are in stock.I ordered there before and was waiting for five months for a holster before I eventually cancelled the order. To be fair they offered to refund me a couple of times during that time frame.

I have the RICAS base (got it with the Mag pouches and a few other bits). Its a great carrier. Very strong and sturdy. Has a quick release cable for emergency removal (I easily removed this). The Molle loops are strong and stitched well and is very thoughtfully designed. I dn't have plates in mine and use it just as a load bearing vest.

Very comfortable to wear and manouvre in so yeah, I'd recommend it, but it is very pricy. I noticed RSOV have similar pieces in stock for a lot less.

I know for a fact the Ducth army often buys a lot of Warrior kit and their boys (and girls) get a lot of it from UK suppliers so as mentioned, they can run out. Always worth a phone call... UK Tactical are a pleasure to deal with.

I have a RICAS compact base with my own pouches on it. Fits quite snug and comfortable. Very low profile. As said above, very well made and designed. Very pleased with it.

Would disagree on it being pricey though, for what it is and the quality of it, it's well worth it. RSOV may have much cheaper items, but bear in mind that the tactical gear on RSOV are cheap imitations of the real deal. What you get on UK tactical is the real deal and is used by soldiers.
The Warrior gear is extremely well made, reliable and hard-wearing. I've seen plenty of cheap replicas vests falling apart on their first use or soon after.

Can't comment on the TMV base though. But I've heard only good things about all the Warrior gear.

Would agree with both the above posters about UK Tactical though, they're usually a pleasure to deal with, but only when they have your items in stock.
If your items are not in stock, you may face a long wait and they may not even inform you! But if you send them an email or give them a ring, they're usually quick to reply.
