here is a crude drawing of my garden but generally its acurate,can anyone give me advice on how to complete this cheaply. I want to concrete the area inside and use a decking rail and decking posts for the perimeter.These posts will have to be at least 5 foot tall,its for a fairly big dog.

Cut back the hedge use chain link fencing the hedge will grow true the fence hiding it and it will look a lot better .
Post will have to be at least six feet allowing them to be set one foot into the ground
