    DH Smith interview
................Keeping a spot on WWE television is a battle.
''You have to give 110 percent every single night,'' he said. ``Otherwise, there are guys out there who are just as hungry or hungrier than you are. So you have to always step it up.''
Ted DiBiase Jr., Cody Rhodes, Manu and Joe Hennig are other second generation stars trying to make a name for themselves in the WWE ranks.
``Well, this may sound kind of brash, but I think that I'm better than all of them. Joe Hennig is good. Ted DiBiase Jr. has certainly worked hard enough to get to his position, but they aren't from the dungeon.
``It's only going to be a matter of time before I go up to SmackDown, and then I'm going to show the wrestling world exactly why I am the past, present and future.......................''

Well he is confident hope it dont all backfire for him

Why do all second generation stars have to be cocky heels. Becoming a joke

Probably because they do a better job of it than the rest. What better way to launch your heel career as an "arrogant silver spoon fed legend's kid" who can play the part of "my daddy did this, and therefore i will too".

It worked for Orton (3rd generation), it's working for DiBiase and Rhodes, hell it even worked for Rock because he went nowhere as a babyface. :D

I think the whole 2nd generation thing is a good idea.. They should create a stable out of it - Lead by Orton. There aren't any interesting stables at the moment.

Smith is third generation anyway isnt he with Stu being his grandfather?

Second/ Third generation Wrestlers normally have a better grasp of ring psychology than their peers. Heels are normally those with better ring psychology and heels traditionally call the match in the ring for the babyface. So it stands to reason the Second/ Third generation Wrestlers are typically heels.

    Thats the eventual direction.

Not biologically EDk , Davey Boy Smith maried into the Hart Family, so he's not really classed as a 3rd Gen

It makes me laugh aswell when i think about Michelle Mc Cool telling the likes of Natalya how to wrestle, Fair enough shes improved but shes no veteran, She is just throwing her weight (or lack of) around, her connection to Mean Mark

The Foundation stable has been rumoured for a long time now hopefully it will be as good as it sounds/ has the potential to be

DH is said to be like his father a miles better tag wrestler than single.

By that logic The Rock isn't third gen then

Yes. DiBiase Jnr and Joe Henning are 3rd generation too. That article is all wrong :D
