same here, water seems to be switched off the odd time with no warning and doesn't appear to have much works on the go.
Pi**ed me off no end few months back when water went off and no emergency number for the council in the book yet there was an emergency dump number! Rang it and they informed me that no one does water at night! Luckily it came back on eventually
