Front door won't open fully

Front door opens inwards but since the tiles in the hall have gone down it will only open about halfways till it hits the tiles. Unsure what to do as the manuafactures of the door say it should not be cut (and remain waterproof). Any ideas?

Looks like you don't have any choice in cutting, or maybe just planing a little off the bottom of the door. It's quite easy to re-seal the bottom. You might consider fitting a threshold, which comes with rubber seals, this will keep the door 15 to 30 mm off the finished floor, depending on the model.
