here a list of some of songs that i have on my running mp 3 that i find are really good for interval/tempo work

Fort Minor - Remember the Name
Fall Out Boy - Thanks for the memories
Eminem - 8 mile ( not lose yourself the actual song 8 mile)
Drowning Pool - Let the bodies hit the floor
    Flashdance - Maniac
Linkin Park - Breaking the habit

There few more but i find these some of the best and always help me run a couple of seconds faster per rep for some reason

Ran today and yesterday to mainly a mixture of heavy rock and grunge- Metallica, Queens of the Stone Age, Nirvana. I'd set up a collection of fast tempo rockier numbers for fast running and it worked a treat. No one knows by QofSA in particular has a great running beat.

What music do you like listening to OP?
What one person suggests as music they like to listen to/great for running might not appeal to others. Eg: Heavy metal would just want to make me stop and tear my hair out!:D Personally, I like music I can see myself bopping around a dancefloor to. Eg: Feeder, Black Eyed Peas, Fratellis, Kasier Chiefs, The Killers, MCR, Usher...

On da wireless Phantom 105.2FM plays a lot of music for little talk and every half hour or so you also get the news, a lot of mobile phones have a radio these days.
You'd want to like the Phantom staple sound though!

There's music software that ranks music/songs by their beats per minute and you can organise an excellent tempo session using that to increase the tempo song by song and keep running to the quickening beat (also good for parties:) )
