Question for people who have done a postgrad course

Hi, just a quick question for anybody who has done a postgrad at DCU (or anybody who may know the answer to this). Basically, Id like to apply to DCU for a place in a postgrad course next year and Id like to know when youre applying to the college can you put down more than 1 course.

For example, is it like when you apply to the CAO for an undergraduate course; you put down up to 10 choices and then get offered the option of doing the highest ranked course youre elligible for, or can you only apply for one postgrad per university?

Just to be clear, I only want to do 1 course, not multiple courses. The purpose of applying for more than 1 course would be that if you didnt get into your first choice you'd still have other alternatives you may qualify for.

    Thanks

It's done through the PAC. If I remember correctly you can apply to 3 courses per University... but you have to have a different application for each university.

So if you want to do a masters e.g. E-Commerce, and they have the same course in DCU, Trinity, UCC etc, you will have to have a seperate application for each one of those (more hassle, and you have to pay per application).

But you can apply for 3 courses in order of preference to the same university on one application. Doesn't cost you anything extra.
